1. Production & Processing Times
All products may be produced in limited or small production runs.
As this is a small production run, deliveries may take longer than expected. Production and processing times vary depending on product availability, demand, and operational logistics.
Estimated processing times (before shipment) are:
In-stock items: 2–7 business days
Pre-order items: as specified on the product page
Limited or special editions: may require additional time
Processing times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
2. Shipping & Delivery Times
All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
Shipping carriers
Customs processing
Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer
Weather conditions
Strikes
Public holidays
Force majeure events
Any event outside our reasonable control
Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.
3. Combined Shipments (Order Merging Policy)
If a customer places multiple separate orders, we reserve the right to:
Ship them separately, or
Combine them into a single shipment for logistical efficiency
Shipping fees paid for separate orders are non-refundable.
We do not refund shipping costs in the event that multiple orders are combined into one parcel.
By placing multiple orders, the customer acknowledges and accepts this policy.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and service selected.
Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been processed and transferred to the carrier.
If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to incorrect address information or customer-related issues, the customer is responsible for:
Additional shipping costs
Return shipping costs
Return handling fees
Any customs duties or clearance charges
These costs may be deducted from any eventual refund.
5. Failed Delivery & Return to Sender
If a delivery cannot be completed due to reasons attributable to the customer (including but not limited to repeated absence, failure to collect the parcel from a pickup point within the required timeframe, refusal of delivery, or incorrect/incomplete shipping address), the shipment will be returned to the sender.
In such cases, the order will not be considered a return under consumer withdrawal rights.
All shipping costs (both the original shipment and the return shipping) will be borne by the customer and may be deducted from any refund issued.
If the customer requests a new shipment, additional shipping costs must be paid in full before reshipping.
We reserve the right to refuse future orders from customers who repeatedly fail to accept or collect their shipments.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been handed over to the carrier.
If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, you must contact the shipping carrier directly.
We may assist as a courtesy, but we are not liable for carrier-related issues.
7. Customs & International Orders
For international shipments:
Customs duties, VAT, import taxes, and clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.
If a shipment is returned due to unpaid customs charges, additional shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
8. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
We are not responsible for shipments sent to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
If the order has already been shipped, we cannot guarantee modifications.
9. Pre-Orders
If your order contains a pre-order item:
The entire order may be held until all items are available.
Split shipments are not guaranteed unless agreed in writing.
Delivery timelines for pre-orders are estimates only.
10. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
