We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Approved returns or exchanges must be shipped within 14 days of receiving return authorization. Requests not shipped within this period may be refused.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (including special orders or personalized items).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
Vinyl Records (Analog Products)
Vinyl records are analog products and collectible items.
For this reason, once the original protective wrapping or seal has been removed, vinyl records are no longer eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
This limitation is due to the nature of the product: once opened, a vinyl record can no longer be sold as new, and its playback condition cannot be objectively verified.
This exclusion does not apply in cases where the vinyl record is defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect. In such cases, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
Exchanges
The only exchange available is for a different size of the same shirt. The item must be returned and, once the return has been approved, the agreed size will be shipped. We will provide a return shipping label; the cost of the label must be paid before the replacement item is shipped. All shipping costs are borne by the customer.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
We do not provide prepaid return labels. You may return the item with any courier of your choice, but we recommend a tracked service.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Payment Processing Fees
Please note that payment processing fees retained by third-party providers (such as PayPal or Shopify Payments) are non-refundable.
If a refund is issued for reasons not related to a defect, damage, or an error on our side, these non-refundable processing fees will be deducted from the total refund amount.
If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, the full amount — including processing fees — will be refunded.
Product Information
Product images are for illustrative purposes only.
Due to supplier availability or production updates, minor variations in details such as trims, borders, stitching, or finishes may occur.
Such variations do not alter the essential characteristics, quality, or functionality of the product.
Quantity Limits – Vinyl Records
For vinyl records, a maximum of two (2) copies per customer is permitted. Multiple orders placed by the same customer may be cancelled at our discretion.We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse, cancel, or refund any order that exceeds this limit or is deemed inconsistent with our commercial policies.Any cancelled order will be fully refunded to the original payment method.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been processed or shipped, you may request a cancellation by contacting us at oggettony@volumequattordici.com
Order cancellations are not guaranteed and can only be accepted if the order has not yet been shipped or prepared for dispatch.
Cancellation Fees
If the cancellation request is not due to an error on our side (such as incorrect product information, pricing errors, or unavailable items), payment processing fees retained by third-party providers (such as PayPal or Shopify Payments) are non-refundable.
In these cases, the refund amount will be:
Total order amount – non-refundable payment processing fees.
If the cancellation is due to a mistake on our side, the full amount — including payment processing fees — will be refunded.
Non-cancellable Orders
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. However, you may still request a return following our standard Return Policy.
Right of Refusal – Non-Personal Use / Resale
We reserve the right to refuse return requests in the following cases:
- purchases of multiple units of the same product in quantities not consistent with personal use
- behaviors that are reasonably indicative of resale or commercial activity
In such cases, the order may be considered as placed for professional or commercial purposes and therefore excluded from the right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable laws.
